Living Mindfully Yoga Classes with Augusta

Our studio is a beautiful and welcoming place. The yoga community that practices here is warm and inviting. No prior experience with yoga is necessary, just a willingness to show up and tune in to what’s right for you.

At the Center for Living Mindfully, we believe that you practice yoga, not to get better at yoga, but to get better at life. Yoga is a practice meant to help you off the mat as much as on the mat, because you get better at whatever you practice, and you’re always practicing something.

There are always extra yoga mats, blocks, and straps for your use if you choose.

What You Can Expect

Each class starts with a reading and a time to “welcome yourself” to your practice by centering and grounding. Then the practice will be guided in a way that makes it accessible to everyone. Each person is encouraged to do what is right for their own body - regardless of what poses are offered. Classes are light-hearted, uplifting, and heart-opening. Each class ends with Savasana pose (lying on your back) and the invitation to “let go” and feel the support of the earth beneath you. As we finish the practice, we share the word “Namaste” which means “the life energy that is within me, sees and bows to that same life energy that is within you.”

“Victory to our Spirits. Peace to All Beings.”

Coming Back Tokens

As my gesture of gratitude for your commitment to our Living Mindfully Yoga classes, I keep a list of each time you’re in class, and, whether it takes weeks or years, when you reach the specified number of classes, you will receive the “Coming Back Token” for that level.

  • Six-Pack: 6 classes, $80 = $13.33/class

  • Eight Ball: 8 classes, $100 = $12.50/class
