The Daily Ritual: A Few Minutes a Day. A Place to Land
January 5th through February 3rd. 2026
30 days for $30

What This Is

The Daily Refuge is a 30-day, email delivered meditation experience.
Each day you will receive a short (2 -5 minute) guided audio practice and a brief reflection, designed to offer a gentle pause and a steady place to land.

The practices are accessible and meant to support real life -- not add another task to your list.

How It Works

You'll receive one email per day for 30 days, each with a link to that day's audio practice. You can listen whenever it suits you -- morning, evening, or in a quiet moment during the day.

There's nothing to keep up with. If you miss a day, you can return at any time or move at your own pace.

Is This for Me?

This offering is for you if you're looking for a calm, compassionate way to reconnect with yourself -- whether you're new to mediation or returning to it or have an established practice.

It's not therapy, but is grounded in care, choice, and nervous-system awareness.

Always, you are encouraged to make choices that best fit for you.
