OUR PHILOSOPHY

At the Center for Living Mindfully, we are dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to self-discovery and empowerment.

This is a place for profound personal transformation. It exists as a self-discovery destination — a space to tap into your intention and get out of your way. This is where you can explore various modalities and practices to enhance your well-being and lead a mindful life.  You’ll find the mindful moment in pause — that sacred place between breaths — where paradigm-shifting choices are made.

EMBRACE WELLNESS WITH OUR OFFERINGS

We offer a range of holistic services designed to support your journey towards personal transformation and well-being.

We offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to sort through past hurts and move forward with your life. Through a mindfully based approach, we together will quiet the noise and make room for calm to guide your life.

Yoga Teacher Training is an opportunity to deepen your understanding and application of yoga. To show up and do your best is the only requirement.

Join the Rest and Renew asana yoga class. You don’t need any yoga experience — all you need is the intention to drop in and let go.

Join psychotherapist/mindfulness teacher/yoga instructor Augusta Kantra and poet Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer in a monthly online community practice in which we build a community that supports each other as we explore together, through silence and language, what does it mean to be alive?

Our travel retreats and events are designed and structured to offer participants a retreat space that is comfortable and safe…as well as beautiful; one that invites exploration, sharing, laughter, and connection. We will use the days’ activities as metaphors to develop a greater sense of gratitude, awareness, awe, and joy.

The Center for Living Mindfully is family owned and operated with over 65 years of combined experience across our licensed therapists.  We've been serving the Eastern Shore for over 25 years and offer you the space to discover how to slow down, make skillful choices and live your most fulfilled life.
